There are three ways for your students to be assessed: Unit tests, self-assessment tests and Tutor Graded Assignments. We shall look at two of them here; details on the Tutor Graded Assignment follow on the next screen.

- Unit Tests
In our modules the units
usually end with a short scored test of multiple-choice
questions; the tests are designed to assess comprehension
and progress. Students will be required to review the learning
material they have covered to answer the questions successfully.
Multiple choice answers create a new set of results and
record the date and time each student or group took them,
providing you with consistently measurable feedback on their
progress.

- Self-assessment tests
Throughout each module there
are also conceptual, unscored questions, which enable students
to review and assess their understanding of the learning
material they have just covered. These short Q&A type self-assessment
tests enhance the learning process by keeping students focused
on what they are learning throughout each unit. The answers
are accessed from pop-up windows.
