Glossary
Some words are defined in pop-up keyword windows. These keywords are highlighted like
this and provide hyperlinks to useful definitions of key business terms, concepts and ideas.   Animated diagrams
Graphics, illustrations, cartoons, process diagrams and animations placed within the main text are designed to help the learning experience.
  Silver Keys
References to quotations or other useful external material are accessed from pop-up windows when a rotating silver key icon appears in the bottom right hand of the text screen. These optional pop-up windows of useful and thought-provoking references and quotations are strategically placed to illustrate key points or provide useful indications for further learning on the subject they accompany.
  Gold Keys
In most modules case studies are included as continuous text in pop-up windows, and are accessed by clicking on a rotating gold key icon at the bottom right hand of the screen. This device separates them from the main text to allow simpler review of learning material. As pop-up insights into the subject, made of real consultancy case studies, gold keys target complex or problematic areas in order to show how these difficulties have been practically resolved. Full versions of these case studies can also be found in the module workbooks.
