Set up users and groups
 
  This screen will show you how to register your students and enable you to assign learning material to them as individual students and groups.
Create Users
  To use your Administrator Locker and create new student users follow these steps:
Click on the main menu 'Users' button
Click on 'Create Users' on the options bar
Select the number of new users you wish to create
Fill in the details for each new user
Review and confirm the details are accurate
  Each new user will automatically be sent via e-mail their new Business Campus username and password. As their Administrator, you will also be notified that this has been done.
Edit Users
If you make a mistake or need to correct or up-date any of the information on your users you can edit the details whenever you wish. to do this:
Click on 'Edit Users' on the options bar
Check the users details you wish to edit
Ammend the details
Review and confirm the details are accurate
Delete Users
If you want to delete a user and their details from your list, click on 'Delete Users' and find the user you wish to delete on the list provided. Check the boxes alongside their names, and click on 'Delete'. Note that whenever you are undertaking a permanent procedure like this, you will be asked to review and confirm your decision.

Create Groups
  To use your Administrator Locker and form groups to which learning material can be assigned, follow these steps:
Click on the button marked 'Groups'
Click on 'Create Groups'
Give your group a short working name
Check the boxes beside each user you wish to see placed into your new group
Review and confirm your decision
  Note that you cannot place a user into more than one group at a time. You will now be able to see all the relevant information for your group.
Edit Group
  You can edit your group at any time. To do this, click on the 'Edit Group' button on the options bar, and check the box beside the group you wish to edit. You can now choose to add or remove individual users from your group. Note that you will be asked to review and confirm your alterations.
Delete Group
  You can also delete a group from your account. To do this, click on the 'Delete Group' button on the options bar and check the box beside the group you wish to delete from your account. Note that you will then be asked to review and confirm this decision.
