The Business Campus is an e-learning facility for registered employees to access modular learning material online.

Managers and employees can select appropriate learning material in a wide range of key business and personal management subjects. The Business Campus material has been developed for the special characteristics of e-Learning and are presented as sets of interesting, easy-to-use, interactive screens. Macromedia Flash technology enables fast download of moving graphics and text, with optional audio support.

The subject courses are created as modules, each of about five hours online learning time, subdivided into short units dealing with specific aspects of the subject. The modules are studied online but can be left and rejoined at any time; a record memory enables students to rejoin at the point they left, or to re-start at any other point.

Subjects are also introduced in shorter learning material - Knowledge Keys© - and in Word texts called Briefings.

The learning material is written by subject experts and represents the latest best practice and current thinking, presented as practical tools for use by business people. This is enhanced by the offline assignment, marked by a specialist Tutor, in which students write a practical plan or report, using their new knowledge applied to a real business situation. Other comprehension testing is included throughout the material, some providing a scored record of progress.

Online material is supported by a downloaded, printable workbook.

Employees/students are given a virtual locker in which they can view sample learning material, select relevant modules or Knowledge Keys©, create a bank of credits and purchase modules, Knowledge Keys© or other material, and send and receive the Tutor-Marked Assignments. The locker is also a channel for The Business Campus to keep students informed of new developments.

Learning and competence development managers have their own lockers in which they can select course material from a bank of credits, assign modules to single students or groups of students, and keep track of student progress.

Entry to the Business Campus e-Learning Business School does not require pre-qualification, just completion of a simple registration form, which can be accessed at: registration
