It is deemed that
all parties using The Business Campus website do so in accordance with the
Terms and Conditions printed below. Definitions of terms used are found
in section 10.0 below. Use of the website and acquisition of any products
or services is deemed to be acceptance of the provisions of these Terms
and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions may be altered from time to time and it is deemed
that customers and other parties will be subject to the Terms and Conditions
in force and published on its website at the date any conflict arises.

| 2.0 Customer's responsibility |

2.1 |

it is the customer's responsibility to ensure
they have all systems and connectivity compatible with the Business Campus
technical specification published on the website to enable courseware and
other services to function correctly |

2.2 |

the customer undertakes to use Business Campus
email communication and online discussion groups or other synchronous or
asynchronous communication in a responsible manner and specifically: |

will not transmit material that is offensive, defamatory, abusive,
obscene or illegal under the laws of England and the laws of their own state
if more inclusive |

The Business Campus will endeavour to deliver all products and other services purchased by its customers within the descriptions of each service as given on its website. No liability will be incurred by The Business Campus for any consequence arising from non-delivery of its products or services. This does not affect customers' statutory rights. |

Payment for Business Campus products and chargeable services will be made by the customer using secured Internet transaction systems provided by The Business Campus and its associate business partners. Products and services will be available to the customer on satisfactory clearance of relevant payments.
In most cases payment for products will be on a credits system whereby the customer will purchase credits at the conversion rate against the pound Sterling (£S) stated on the purchase transaction pages of the website. Other cases will be clearly stated.

While The Business Campus and its associate business partners endeavour to ensure a continuous service relating to the transmission of material and information, neither the company, its associate business partners or its customers shall be deemed liable for the consequences of any delay or cancellation in performance or failure to perform any of their obligations resulting from any cause beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, inclement weather, fire, flood, civil disturbance, unavailability of labour or expertise, failure of suppliers to deliver or perform, power cuts or shortages, telecommunications breakdown or systems failure howsoever caused. |
| 6.0 Intellectual Property |

The entirety of the learning material, products, services, systems and website infrastructure available from The Business Campus website or by other means is the property of the company or its associate business partners, who will vigorously defend their rights in this respect. |

The customer obtains the right to
utilise learning material and other services or products of The Business
Campus at the point of completed purchase. This right extends to using a
learning product - such as a course module - for the purposes for which
it is published, namely, as material to disseminate learning in a subject
to a student.
This right does not allow the customer to use learning material or other
services or products for any other purposes and specifically but not exhaustively excludes the
customer from: |

passing off any such material, services
or products in part or whole as their own or belonging or emanating from
any third party |

7.2 |
|
reproducing or distributing any such
material, services or products in part or whole by any means whatsoever
without the prior written permission of the company, other than to inform
employees, colleagues or associates of the nature of the material or service
concerned |

7.3 |
|
enabling or allowing any person or
persons to utilise Business Campus learning material other than the person
specified on The Business Campus website as the student for that purchase |

7.4 |
|
note that these conditions do not
inhibit the person designated in a customer's Administration Locker from
accessing and examining any material or service for the purpose of selection
or recommendation |

7.5. |
|
neither do these conditions inhibit
the customer or its officers from reproducing and communicating a reasonable
excerpt from such material for the purposes of promoting the services or
products of The Business Campus; such excerpt to be limited to the provisions
of the Copyright, Design and Patents Act 1988 and its subsequent additions
relating to printed material |

business partners will not be held liable for any consequence arising from
the acquisition, application or communication of any information, products
or services on its website or elsewhere |

The company shall not be liable for
any consequence arising from the transmission of any virus or other electronic

the actions or statements of its employees or other persons contracted to

The Business Campus observes the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 to appropriately secure and keep confidential any and all data and other information emanating from and relating to its customers, submitted by the customer or obtained during the course of normal online transactions.
The company and its business associates will not pass on information relating to its customers to third parties without the specific customer's prior consent.

Courseware:
learning material in any format distributed by The Business Campus; specifically, e-learning material from its courses in the subject catalogue

Customers:
Any person, corporate entity or organisation entering a transaction with The Business Campus, irrespective of whether the transaction involves payment

|
e-Learning
learning material published in an electronic format; in the context of this website, learning material created for and distributed by online transmission over an Internet connection

10.7 |
|
Parties:
The Business Campus and its associate business partners are the first party to this agreement. Its customers are the second party to this agreement. | | 10.8 | | Students:
Customers accessing and utilising learning material on the Business Campus website for the purposes for which the material is published |

Any dispute arising from any transaction or undertaking between The Business Campus and any party shall first be determined between the parties. If resolution cannot be reached it is agreed that arbitration may be sought from an appropriate third party to be agreed between the first and second party.

These Terms and Conditions and all consequent undertakings and agreements shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England. Any dispute arising not covered by the conditions of 11.0 above shall be dealt with under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
